FYI: they have changed the name but are still located in Pune in India. www.techmodi.com or techmodi.in is not longer active. I will keep you posted concerning their new name.
I confirm, they have done a lot in term of UI design to attract clients but behind they are very bad.
That company seems bad according to many sources
